No fixed MOQ. Low-quantity custom orders are accepted, and volume pricing applies as quantities grow. Bulk manufacturing is where our model is strongest.

You do. Tooling is paid for before machining begins, and once paid the CNC die belongs to you and is reserved for your brand. Repeat orders skip the tooling cost entirely.

Every die is CNC machined specifically for your artwork and cannot be reused for anyone else, so tooling is invoiced before machining starts.

Typically around one week for small orders after sample approval. Bulk production is scheduled to volume with agreed release dates.

Pure PVC cannot produce gradients. Our hybrid process molds a plain rubber base and UV prints directly onto it, which delivers gradients, fine detail and high-resolution artwork on a genuine rubber patch.

A factory. Shine Collection LLC is US-registered and operates its own vertically integrated facility in Sialkot, Pakistan, with in-house CNC die engraving, molding, printing and finishing. Embroidery runs on partner-operated machines under our quality control.

Yes. We work under NDA for OEM, private label and club programs, and we never reuse a customer's tooling or artwork for anyone else.

The UV ink is cured and top coated. It is built for apparel use, though sew-on or Velcro backing is recommended for gear in heavy abrasion service.

Yes — the rubber base is molded from tooling we engrave in-house, which is why the shape and relief stay consistent across reorders.

TPU is thinner, lighter and more flexible; PVC is thicker with deeper relief. TPU suits stretch and performance garments.

Yes — heat transfer backing is standard, and sew-on is available for heavy-duty use.

Around 4–5mm cap height stitches cleanly. Below that we recommend woven or hybrid UV printing.

A one-time digitising charge applies to new artwork; reorders reuse the same stitch file at no extra cost.

Choose woven for small text and intricate artwork; choose embroidery when you want visible stitch texture and a raised, traditional look.

Deboss holds fine detail better and is more common on denim; emboss reads bolder from a distance.

The dye is bonded into the fibre so it resists washing and fading well, though molded rubber remains the tougher choice for field gear.

Yes — internal cut-outs and negative space are possible as long as the remaining structure stays stable.
