Privacy Policy

We collect the details you submit through our quote, contact and order forms — typically your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the artwork and specifications for your job. We do not collect more than we need to quote and manufacture your order.

Your information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and mockups, manufacture and ship your order, and maintain your tooling and sample records for future reorders.

Artwork and tooling you pay for are treated as yours. We do not reuse a customer's die for another buyer, and we do not publish client work in our portfolio without written permission. We sign NDAs on request before artwork exchange.

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Card details are handled by those providers and are never stored on our systems.

We share information only with the parties needed to complete your order — for example shipping carriers and, where relevant, our partner-operated embroidery facility. We do not sell your data.

Order, tooling and sample records are retained so repeat production can match your original approval. You may ask us to delete your contact records at any time.

To request a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, email info@shinecncpoint.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.

This website uses only the cookies required for the site to function and, where enabled, basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. No advertising profiles are built from your visit.
