The approved sample is the standard. Inspection measures the run against it.
Inspection stages
Quality is checked at tooling, at first press, in-line during the run, and again at packing.

What we reject
Colour drift outside the matched Pantone, incomplete relief, flash on moulded edges, print misregistration, loose backing and dimensional variance outside tolerance.
Transparent communication
If a run has an issue we tell you before it ships, with photographs and a proposed remedy. That is cheaper for both of us than a rejected shipment.
