Artwork is dye-sublimated into polyester fabric, permanently bonding the ink to the fibres. Photographic images, gradients and complex multi-colour designs reproduce at a lower unit cost than molded or woven options, with no tooling required.

A plain or bordered back designed to be stitched down permanently. The strongest long-term attachment and the preferred option for uniforms and workwear that see industrial laundering.
A heat-activated adhesive film applied to the reverse. Fast application on cotton and poly-cotton; recommended as a positioning aid with a stitch for garments in heavy rotation.
Hybrid Rubber/PVC + UV Printing
Pure PVC molding cannot create gradients — colour is limited to flat, bordered fields. The hybrid process removes that limit while keeping the durability and feel of a real rubber patch.

The dye is bonded into the fibre so it resists washing and fading well, though molded rubber remains the tougher choice for field gear.
