Our core product. Soft PVC/rubber is molded against a CNC engraved die to produce durable, waterproof patches with crisp raised detail. Because the tooling is cut in our own facility, we control tolerance, depth and relief instead of outsourcing it — which is what keeps repeat runs identical years apart.

The tactical standard. Hook sewn or heat-welded to the patch, loop on the garment — swap patches in seconds. Ideal for military, law enforcement, security and MC use.
A plain or bordered back designed to be stitched down permanently. The strongest long-term attachment and the preferred option for uniforms and workwear that see industrial laundering.
A heat-activated adhesive film applied to the reverse. Fast application on cotton and poly-cotton; recommended as a positioning aid with a stitch for garments in heavy rotation.
Hybrid Rubber/PVC + UV Printing
Pure PVC molding cannot create gradients — colour is limited to flat, bordered fields. The hybrid process removes that limit while keeping the durability and feel of a real rubber patch.

+Do I pay for tooling again on reorders?
No. The die is yours after the first payment and reorders go straight into production.
+How long does production take?
Around one week for small orders after sample approval; bulk runs are scheduled to volume.
