Vector is best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with outlined text. For UV, hybrid and sublimation work, high-resolution raster is acceptable — 300 DPI or higher at final printed size, PNG or TIFF with a transparent background where possible.

Tell us the finished width and height in millimetres or inches. Patch cost is driven by area, and detail feasibility depends entirely on final size — the same file can be perfect at 90mm and impossible at 45mm.

Supply Pantone (solid coated) references where colour accuracy matters. Screen colours vary by monitor; Pantone does not. If you have no Pantone reference we will propose the closest match and confirm it on the sample.

Keep line weights above roughly 0.5mm at final size for molded and embroidered products. Hairlines that look fine on screen disappear in a die. Where the artwork is finer than the process allows, we will tell you and suggest an alternative process rather than quietly simplifying your logo.

Low-resolution JPEGs pulled from a website, live (non-outlined) text with fonts we do not have, artwork embedded in a Word or PowerPoint file, and no stated dimensions. Any of these adds a round trip before tooling can start.
