Very small international orders are less economical because shipping is a fixed cost regardless of quantity. Bulk manufacturing is our primary focus and where the economics work in your favour.
Payment
We accept Stripe and PayPal. Tooling is invoiced and paid before machining begins; the production balance is invoiced against the approved sample.
Lead times
Production for small orders is typically around one week after sample approval. Tooling adds a few days for CNC engraving and test pressing. Bulk programs are scheduled with agreed release dates and can ship in staged consignments.
Customs and duties
Import duties, taxes and clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless a delivered-duty-paid arrangement has been agreed in writing in advance.
Tracking and delivery
Every shipment is dispatched with a tracking number sent to the email on the order. Express shipments move via courier air freight; standard shipments use economy services.
Damaged or missing shipments
Report any shortage or transit damage within seven days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents so we can file with the carrier and arrange replacement production.
