Woven patches use finer threads than embroidery, so detail resolution is significantly higher and the surface is flatter and smoother. The right choice for crests, small lettering and dense multi-colour artwork that embroidery would blur.

A plain or bordered back designed to be stitched down permanently. The strongest long-term attachment and the preferred option for uniforms and workwear that see industrial laundering.
A heat-activated adhesive film applied to the reverse. Fast application on cotton and poly-cotton; recommended as a positioning aid with a stitch for garments in heavy rotation.
Hybrid Rubber/PVC + UV Printing
Pure PVC molding cannot create gradients — colour is limited to flat, bordered fields. The hybrid process removes that limit while keeping the durability and feel of a real rubber patch.
