Rubber and PVC
Soft PVC compounds for durable, waterproof, colour-matched molded patches with 2D or 3D relief. The baseline for tactical and field-use products.
TPU
Thin, flexible thermoplastic polyurethane for performance apparel where a thick molded patch would be too rigid.
Threads and base fabrics
Polyester, rayon and metallic threads on twill, felt and poly backing for embroidery; fine yarns on damask and satin weaves for woven badges.
Leather
Genuine, vegan and PU leather in natural, tan, black and custom dyed stock, finished by emboss, deboss, laser or UV print.
Metals
Brass, zinc alloy, stainless and aluminium with gold, silver, nickel, antique and black plating, filled with soft or hard enamel.
Inks, adhesives and hardware
UV-cured inks for hybrid and hard-surface printing, industrial 3M adhesives, heat-seal films, hook-and-loop, and keychain and pin hardware.
