Our primary differentiator. We mold a plain PVC/rubber base from an in-house CNC engraved die, then UV print full-colour artwork directly onto the rubber surface. The result keeps the hand-feel, durability and light 3D relief of a rubber patch while carrying gradients, fine linework and high-resolution imagery that pure molding physically cannot reproduce.

A heat-activated adhesive film applied to the reverse. Fast application on cotton and poly-cotton; recommended as a positioning aid with a stitch for garments in heavy rotation.

+Is the print durable?
The UV ink is cured and top coated. It is built for apparel use, though sew-on or Velcro backing is recommended for gear in heavy abrasion service.
+Does it still need a CNC die?
Yes — the rubber base is molded from tooling we engrave in-house, which is why the shape and relief stay consistent across reorders.
