From artwork audit to dispatch — how an order actually moves through the plant.
Engineering before production
Every order starts as an engineering problem, not a print job. We review the artwork, the intended use, the garment or surface it attaches to, and the quantity — then specify the process that will actually hold up.
Sampling
Nothing goes to mass production without an approved physical sample. The sample is photographed and archived; it becomes the reference standard that inspection measures the run against.
Production workflow
Runs are scheduled by process and tooling. Small orders typically complete in around one week after sample approval; bulk programs are scheduled with release dates agreed in advance.
Documentation
Artwork version, tooling reference, material spec, colour codes and the approved sample are all recorded against your account so a reorder in three years reproduces the same patch.
