Terms & Conditions

Quotes are based on the artwork, size, quantity, material and backing specified at the time of enquiry. A change to any of those variables requires a revised quote. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

By submitting artwork you confirm you own it or hold the rights to have it reproduced. We manufacture to the artwork supplied and are not responsible for third-party rights claims arising from it.

Tooling is invoiced and paid before CNC machining begins. Once paid, the tooling belongs to the customer and is stored and reserved for that customer's future orders. Repeat orders using existing tooling incur no further tooling charge.

Mass production begins only after written approval of a physical or photographed pre-production sample. The approved sample is the quality standard for the run; variance is judged against it.

Minor variance in dimensions, colour and finish is inherent to manufacturing. Colour is matched to the agreed Pantone reference within commercially accepted tolerance, and quantities may vary slightly on large runs.

Tooling is paid up front. Production terms are stated on the invoice. Payments are accepted via Stripe and PayPal. Production is scheduled once cleared payment is received.

Lead times are estimates from the date of sample approval. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure events outside our control.

We treat customer artwork and tooling as confidential and will sign an NDA on request. We do not manufacture a customer's design for a third party.
